Product description:
It is the high performance wear resistant,corrosion resistant polymerization ceramic material which compounded by
various high performance abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant materials(like ceramic,silicon carbide,carborundum,
titanium alloy etc.) and modified toughening heat resistant resin.Two-component,paste,the facade is not flowing,
can be coating construction with scraper or tongue plate

Product usage of BD436 rubber ceramic liner corrosion resistant epoxy compound repair coating:
It’s suitable for the construction of vertical surface and top face,it can form the surface smooth,corrosion resistant,
wear resistant protective coating after curing.Repair all kinds of high temperature corrosion of pump,valve,pipeline,
heat exchanger,end plate,blade,reaction kettle.Especially for the repairing of tank liners,pipeline lining,chemical storage
tank lining based on the damage,falling off, with excellent results.

How to use of BD436 anti corrosion ceramic rubber liner repair epoxy coating:
1.Surface treatment: clean up the residual of rubber lining damage parts and do the rust cleaning and coarsening
processing for the pending-repair parts,clean it with cleaning agent (acetone,ethyl acetate,etc.) and dry it by airing

2.Configuration: Make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the mass ratio A:B=4:1,
and use it up within specified operation time limit.(When the temperature is low in winter,can heat up the A component
by water bath in advance for easy to mix.

3.Coating:Make the mixed-up material smear on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the coating should be compacted,
make it infiltrate fully with the substrates,avoid appearing the holes in the coating.

4.Curing:it can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25-30 degree,if the temperature is below
15 degree,should heat it up to promote the coating fully curing.(generally after the coating initial curing,
generally use the iodine-tungsten lamp to bake for 2 hours with the 30cm distance from the coating)

Packaging specification:
Two-component,10kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.

Storage transportation:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
